At Baby Village, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. If a size or style isn't quite right, our simple exchange process ensures you find the perfect fit for your growing family.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed, unworn items with their original packaging into a secure mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
